Balconies with heavy dirt, mold, algae, or excessive buildup may require additional cleaning time and specialized treatment. If applicable, a $50 heavy buildup fee will be included in your quote before work begins. (Only applies to Essential Balcony Cleaning and Custom Cleaning Packages)
